Kanban: Fly Different. An Introduction

“Good wine ages well. Always.” ~ Yours truly

Several people have asked me to explain the basics of Kanban’s Agile approach to Software Development. This presentation is a simple, straight forward, fun way to get what Kanban is all about.

UPDATE: This presentation is from 2011, wow! Still pretty good. But if you want to know where I am now in Kanban land, I created Kanban Ace, and I am in the process of creating a scalable Kanban inspired tool called KAFE.
